Something that has been requested by Penguin Commanders for many years, a Lunar New Year Penguin!!

For those whom cannot read Mandarin, this is a play of words on a common Lunar New Year greeting, 年年有余 Nian Nian You Yu which means 'May every year have an ample surplus'. The last character is changed from 余 to 鱼 which has the same pronunciation. So basically, the patch says 'May every year have fish'. Apt for the Penguins.
